How does it work?

Each coupon is valid for a night’s accomodation for two people in a double room. In the case that you wish an individual room you must consult with the hotel. All you have to do is phone a hotel on our list and reserve a room, indicating that you will be using one of our coupons, in order to verify that the hotel has free rooms on the selected dates.

The only obligation is that of minimum consumption, which is established by each hotel.

The coupon must be handed in at the hotel, any payment will be directly to the hotel. In the case that you are travelling with children it is convenient to notify the hotel as many of the establishments on the list accept minors without any additional charges or minimum consumption.

The checkbooks can be accumulated and are valid during 15 months.

The checkbooks are not personalized and can be used my multiple persons at the same time. They can be used during the period of validity, without any problems and the can also be used as a gift.

Why does it work?

This is a promotional product. Our hotels want to be known and as an exchange for publicity thet offer these special promotions during the periods they have rooms available. We are in charge of the management and the advertisement of these promotions, and we make sure the checkbook arrives to you. The price you pay is for these concepts.

Terms of use

  • The bearer of the coupon and a companion have the right to free accomodation in a double room, in all of the hotels that have subscribed to this promotional plan. In the case the bearer wishes an individual room he must consult with the hotel first.

  • The bearer of the coupon has the obligation of spending the amount of the minumum consumption per person in the hotel.

  • Acceptance of reserves is subject to the accepted dates and the disponability of rooms. Ritmohotel has a quota of rooms in some hotels and during certain dates, in other words there is a limit of rooms that can be occupied by users of this promotional plan.

  • The hotel can change the conditions of admission (minimum consumption, duration of the visit, accepted dates, etc…) during the period of validity of the checkbook.

  • Ritmohotel advises you to check these conditions at the moment you place your reservation.

  • The hotel may ask for a deposit or upfront payment and reserves the right to charge the amount not consumed of the minimum consumption and additional consumptions.

How do I reserve the room
The room is reserved by calling a hotel of our list, you must indicate that you wish to use our checkbbok.
Is the checkbook valid every day of the year?
The checkbook is valid during the dates indicated by the hotels. These dates can be consulted in our list of hotels. It is convenient to consult with the hotel first, as in many occasions, especially last minute, the hotel will accept the coupon even though the dates are outside the accepted dates the hotel has indicated.
Is the hotel obligated to accept the checkbook?
That depends on the availablity of accomodation. If the hotel is full or allocation has been filled they will not be able to accept it. You have to take into account that the hotels are interested in accepting the coupons as they are interested in that you get to know the hotel. Usually they will accpet the coupons without problem.
How long is the checkbook valid.
The checkbook is valid for 15 months after acquisition. The checkbooks are numbered, this is how we check its validity.
Can the coupons be used on succesive nights?
There is no problem in using the coupons for as many nights as you wish, depending on the disponability of the hotel.
Is the checkbook personalized?
The checkbooks are not personalized. This means that it can be used by any person. You can use it as a gift, or you can use the coupons in a checkbook for multiple persons, eg. if you are travelling with a group of friends. Exceptionally there may be promotions during which the checkbooks are personalized.
Do I have to use all of the coupons at once?
Not at all, you can spread the use the coupons during the period of validity.
Can I give the checkbook as a present?
Of course, the checkbook is a perfect present for people who like to travel.
Is the list of hotels always the same?
We try to maintain a list of hotels as ample as possible, therefore, it is convenient to check the list of hotels as it is updated regularly.

How much is the minimum consumption?
The minimun consumption depends on each hotel and the category of the restaurant, usually this will be between 15€ to 50€. The average price is around 35€, in other words for 35€ you will, sleep, have breakfast and dinner in the hotel for 35€.

What is the checkbook for?
It is a discount for packaged vacations contracted through our travel agency. It does not give discounts on flights, tickets, hotels, etc…, only for our packages.
Can the coupons be accumulated?
No, each discount must be used separately.
How do I change a coupon?
Calling our reservation centre: 902 998 929 and ask for a budget for the trip you wish. In you contract the voyage we will apply the discount.
